Celtic Salt Products Wholesale Agreement

Introduction

By submitting a wholesale application to Celtic Salt Products, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Wholesale Agreement. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Celtic Salt Products without prior notice.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a wholesale account, you must be a business in one of the target sectors, which include resellers, farmer market shops, vegan stores, organic stores, and health stores.

Ordering

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): You must meet the designated MOQ for each product category.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed an order.

Pricing

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Private Label and Dropship

We offer Private Label and Dropship options for qualifying partners. Specific terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, with a maximum of 4 business days.
  • Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via PostNL or FedEx. Other methods can be arranged upon request.

Returns

  • Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted in our Return Policy.

Payment

Payment methods include Check, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

All wholesale prices and policies are confidential and should not be disclosed to other parties.

Termination

Celtic Salt Products reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion, including due to any improper use of the account or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

Celtic Salt Products makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law.

Final Agreement

By placing an order with Celtic Salt Products, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions. This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any other agreements or understandings between the parties.
